Effective July 1, 2025, Slovakia will implement new laws on tobacco and non-smoker protection, including a ban on flavored tobacco products (except menthol, mint, and tobacco) , a ban on disposable e-cigarettes, stricter labeling requirements with detailed ingredient indications, a ban on items attractive to minors, fines up to 50,000 for violations , and a ban on smokeless products for those under 18 in public places
