1960s Pastel Crewel Embroidered Detailing Black Jacket Labeled and Designer The skirt skims over theThis is a lovely, lightweight jacket covered in extensive crewel embroidery. The base is a black wool cut into a duster coat silhouette. The lines are long to just past the knee and the collar is cut high and round. The embroidery covers the entire surface of the jacket in the prettiest pastel hues that vary from a light lavender to a soft coral. Even the buttons that run down the front are embroidered. I believe the embroidery work to be machine done
