One of the thoughts about stem cells used to be that Oh, the stem cells can change into whatever cell, and then the cells can regenerate this way or that way. Common/mild side effects These are the most frequently reported reactions, often resolving within hours to a day: Injection-site pain and redness : soreness, burning, or a red patch at the needle entry point due to tissue irritation and local inflammation Headache : pressure or throbbing in the head linked to NADs effects on circulation and metabolism Nausea : queasiness or stomach upset, sometimes triggered by vagal nerve stimulation Less common/moderate side effects These occur less often but may cause discomfort or interruption of treatment: Firm lump : a knot under the skin where NAD fluid hasnt dispersed properly Sterile abscess : a noninfectious pocket of fluid or tissue breakdown at the injection site Palpitations : a sensation of a rapid, pounding, or irregular heartbeat caused by metabolic shifts Blood pressure changes : temporary rise or fall in blood pressure, sometimes with dizziness Rare/serious side effects Uncommon but important to watch for, these may require immediate medical attention: Sepsis : life-threatening whole-body infection from contaminated injection Severe local infection : painful, red, pus-filled reaction at the site, caused by bacteria Sciatic nerve injury : accidental puncture of the sciatic nerve, leading to pain, numbness, or weakness in the leg Each category deserves a closer look
