Custom Horsehair Raku Heart Pendant crystalline teardrop 4" tall and is 2This listing is for a custom horsehair raku heart pendant. This heart is handmade completely from clay. After creating the heart, it was dried and burnished with a soft cloth to create a smooth finish. Once bisque fired, it was fired in a raku kiln. While the piece was red hot (about 1400F), it was removed from the kiln and actual horse hair was burned onto the surface to create the black lines. The piece was later cleaned to leave a smooth finish.
