A premium eating experience, our pork comes from heritage and rare breed pigs (Berkshire, Tamworth, Hereford) raised with the highest standards of animal welfare and ecological land management. Our pigs roam the pastures foraging for roots and grazing forbs and grasses, free to express their instincts to run, root, and play. We manage their impact on the land as part of our multi species rotational grazing system.
