Starward Fortis Australian Single Malt Whisky 700ml brand_Kurayoshi and in turnStarward Distillery was created by David Vitale who was looking to create a distillery inspired by Melbournes famous temperature swings or four seasons in one day. The distillery was once situated at Essendon Airport in the old Ansett Hanger but after popularity of the whisky grew the space they had was too small. The distillery was moved to a larger space in Melbournes Port Melbourne district in 1996 and production was significantly increased. The
