The dress is both simple and at the same time elaborate and dramatic. Simple in that has been done in one solid color and the lines are so very classic but there the simplicity stops. The skirt cascades to the floor and the yards and yards that make it are create volume and drama. The bodice is fitted with a wide low and straight across neck.
