Cask No. 6.25 Bourbon Date distilled: November 1995Cask No. 6. 25 Tangly, tingly, tasty, zesty Speyside, Deveron The initial nose had fruity boiled sweets, vanilla ice cream, apple strudel and synthetic banana, developing perfume and bitter orange. We found a pleasantly viscous mouth feel, tangy, zesty citrus flavours (grapefruit, lemon, lime) and some bitter, but enjoyable woody notes (tree bark, root ginger). The reduced nose grew more tropical (melon, unripe mango, pineapple, lemon, lime,
